Foundations Class (Intro to GROUP CLASSES)
Foundations of Fitness is a beginner-friendly program designed to lay a strong foundation for your fitness goals.
Consisting of three 90-minute classes held on Saturdays, each session will focus on developing essential movements and preparing you for more challenging Group Fitness classes.
With your Foundations of Fitness registration, you'll receive an added bonus—a free one-month membership to the Rail Splitter Fitness Class. This all-inclusive fitness class is perfect for individuals of all fitness levels, helping you reinforce what you've learned in Foundations of Fitness and boost your cardiovascular health. It's an excellent way to stay consistent with daily movement.

GROUP CLASSES
Our group classes will help you achieve your overall fitness goals. You will get leaner, stronger and faster while improving your endurance and range-of-motion. Our high-intensity fitness program focuses on different muscle groups and different skills each day. Some of these skills include weightlifting with barbells and dumbbells, cardio, and body-weight exercises. You will never experience the boredom that likely lead you here. Every class is lead by a Coach, including the warm-up, skill, strength development and a workout of the day. You will be amazed by how quickly our classes deliver results.

RS FITNESS Class
Our RS Fitness class is a fantastic way to kickstart your fitness journey and get your metabolism burning. Each one of our workouts is 35-45 minutes long and is designed for anyone, of any skill level, to be able to complete. What is the difference between this class and our regular classes? We have removed the heavy barbell and high skill gymnastics, leaving only tried and true movements that will keep you coming back for more.

If you’re looking for a place to workout and aren’t interested in classes then this is the option for you! Our Open Gym membership gets you 365 access to the facility and use of all of our equipment.

Personal Training
One-on-one personal training is a great for those looking for a specific program tailored to their individual fitness needs. Sometimes you may find you need specific attention to your fitness goals to really breakthrough and see improved results. Our Coaches have experience working with a wide range of Athletes and will provide you with the best care. Personal training allows you to get personalized attentive care in respect to your personal goals and fitness concerns.
